Refund policy

Given the digital nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on purchases. Please choose carefully before proceeding to check out. We are more than happy to answer any questions or provide links to recordings or other samples prior to your purchase to help you make the best decision. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
You will be be able to download your copy from the confirmation page, after payment AND you will receive an email to your designated address which also includes a download link. We recommend downloading immediately as your download link will only be active for 24 hours after purchase. Your PDF is able to be printed or, alternatively, we recommend using the ForScore app on an iPad or tablet for performance.
